一、LDS

LDS镭雕加工,是使用热塑性材料,掺杂是金属塑料添加剂通过激光激活。基本组件是单组分注塑,3D设计自由无限制,其广泛应用于通讯设备、可穿戴电子产品、医疗器械、军事等LDS天线已逐渐成为主流高端智能手机天线。

二、SLS

选择性激光烧结(SLS)是一个加法制造技术,利用激光烧结粉末材料的电源,自动瞄准激光在空间点由一个3D模型,定义绑定材料一起创建一个坚实的结构。主要用于快速原型开发和小批量生产的零部件。

三、SLS+LDS

微航首次推出SLS + LDS 打样服务,使用我们自己的材料技术,
客户只需要提供产品的3D图,我们可以在最短的时间内完成快速成型,并在成型的素材上做LDS的镭雕和化镀。

1.   LDS(Laser Engraving Machine Manufacturing Center)

Laser Direct Structuring, uses a thermoplastic material, doped with a metal-plastic additive activated

by means of laser.   The basic component is single-component injection molded, with practically no

restrictions in terms of 3D design freedom, its widely used in communications devices, wearable

electronic products, medical devices, military etc. LDS antenna has gradually become the mainstream

high-end Smartphone antenna.

2. SLS

Selective laser sintering (SLS) is an additive manufacturing technique that uses a laser as the power

source to sinter powdered material aiming the laser automatically at points in space defined by a

3D model, binding the material together to create a solid structure.  has mainly been used for rapid

prototyping and for low-volume production of component parts.

 

3.  SLS+LDS

SLS+LDS=3D Printing + LDS

Using our own materials technology, V-ON first launch SLS + LDS molding service.
Customers only need to provide a 3D map of the products, we can complete the molding in short

time, do LDS laser engraving and plating on the 3D printing prototype surface, no plastic mold needed.
